The Chosen One (his moniker of choice) just participated in The Wizard of Oz as the Tin Man.
After a year of memorizing lines, learning dance moves and singing "If I Only Had a Heart" about a million times, the big night arrived!
The entire cast did a great job. Major props go out to one of our Homeschool mom's who made his costume at the last minute. She did a great job and he only lost about 5lbs (water weight) during the show! Much less than we thought <:)!

Oh that is totally awesome! I did not have "The Chosen One" pegged as a showman! Very cool.
yeah, he's such a HAM!!!! I love it. Great stuff to schlep out when he starts dating. *wink*

Congratulations to your son and the costume looks great.
I'm so glad the costume came out looking as great as it did and sorry it took until day of performance, adding the padding in to make it stiff took more work than I thought. He was awesome!! He just made me laugh with how great he did his part.
