The Simple Woman's Daybook

Outside my window..it is quiet and gray.

I am thinking...about all the baking and making I must do for Christmas, and whether or not the Direct TV guy will finally come.

I am thankful for...my son, who's already started the baking :)

From the learning rooms...book reports and reading tests.

From the kitchen...my son makes the oatmeal cookies

I am wearing...my favorite jeans and a sweater.

I am creating...ornaments for friends and family

I am going...to the post office and the grocery store this afternoon

I am reading...St. Therese of Lisieux and Divine Office for Dodo's

I am hoping...that I can get the laundry done today

I am hearing...the kids chatting and the dryer going
