March For Life

Tomorrow we head off to Washington DC for the March For Life. Please keep us in your prayers for a safe trip.

It's a ten hour ride from here and we are excited to head up north and see old friends and attend the March. This is my hubby's first March.

We are in the process of packing and making sure we have all our winter gear. It's been in boxes since we moved down south. Although, today, it actually snowed. We've now seen just about all the weather you can see. Tornado's, drought, hail, torrential rain, extreme heat and now snow. It's great!

So please keep us and all the marchers in your prayers. Thanks and Blessings!!

God bless! I will be praying for you and for the march. I went in 1991-what a great thing to do!

Since when are tornadoes great?! Ha! You have our prayers for a safe trip up and back and during the stay. Can't wait to see you, too . . . longer note on my blog.

Therese, thanks so much. BTW, your scarf making has inspired me. I made a hat and am working on a scarf as I write this. Thanks!
Sarah-I'm headed to your blog pronto.

My oldest two will be heading with your group to the March on Thursday. I can't go. My hubby has to fly and doesn't think I should attempt heading to the march on my own with 6+ kids (I'd have to take the two children of a friend as well). We'll all be seeing you on Saturday evening at our mutual friends' home.

Ya'll have a safe drive! I'll keep you in my prayers.

Mau - The boys are so looking forward to seeing their friends. I am glad to hear they will make the march. We'll see you Saturday!

In light of who our new esteemed leader is and his belief on abortion, this will be a very important march. I know you will all be covered in Gods Grace and he will surround you with an army of angels.
Wish I could be there with you.

Dawn, I watched the EWTN coverage and it looked like a wonderful day. You were all blessed with great weather! I am not too far from D.C. but couldn't make it because, as nice as it was, too cold for a nursing baby! :-) You and all the marchers were/are in my prayers. Too bad Obama soured it this morning by repealing the Mexico City Policy. :-(
